ISTA Energy Systems Corporation was founded in 1978 to market energy conservation and flow measurement products. This privately held corporation now specializes in the area of flow measurement and control devices. Flow measurement products include: BTU Meters, Water Meters, Oil Meters, Steam Meters and Gas Meters along with associated accessories. In the control area, the following products are marketed: Radiator Valves and FlowGuard Balancing Valves. In 1987, we changed our name from ISTA Energy Systems Corporation to ISTEC Corporation.

ISTEC Corporation currently operates out of a new facility located in Sparta, NJ. The principals of the Corporation are Ed Bullis and Peter Johnson. We have grown steadily over the last 25 years and remain committed to marketing quality flow measurement and control products. Our goal is to bring to our markets competitively priced quality products that meet our customer's needs
