Price Schedule

ORDERS – All orders and contracts are subject to acceptance by ISTEC Corporation. No terms or conditions of purchase orders contrary to the Seller's terms and conditions shall be binding unless specifically agreed to in writing by the Seller.

PRICING & DISCOUNTS – All prices and discounts are subject to change by the Seller without prior notice unless otherwise specified in a written quotation. All prices are F.O.B. Sparta, NJ. Right to possession of material shall remain with the Seller until all payments have been made in full, to secure the payment of the purchase price. We reserve the right to correct clerical or stenographic errors in quotations, orders, acknowledgments, invoices, or other documents.

PAYMENT TERMS – The payment terms are Net 30 days for approved accounts from date of invoice. Past due accounts will be subject to a Service Charge of 1-1/2% per month. We also accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

LEGAL FEES & EXPENSES – In the event of non-payment, buyer shall pay all of Seller's costs and expenses to collect any amount due hereunder (including interest charges at 1-1/2% per month, and including without limitation, reasonable attorney's fees) whether or not suit is brought.

CREDIT – Credit can be established after checking three or more firms (names submitted by you) with whom you are now doing business.

TAXES – Any taxes (Sales, Excise, etc.) which may be levied are the purchaser's responsibility and will not be paid by the Seller.

DELIVERY – Promises of delivery are estimated as accurately as current conditions permit. Goods will be shipped as soon as completed and readied for shipment. ISTEC Corporation will not be held responsible for any loss or damage resulting from a delay in filling orders due to fire, strikes, or causes beyond our control.

SHIPPING – Seller will not be responsible for loss, delay, or damage after having received an "in good order" receipt from the transportation company. All claims should be made directly to the carrier. Seller will assist to secure satisfactory adjustment but no deductions for damages in transit will be allowed. In the absence of directions, goods will be shipped by the method or carrier Seller believes dependable. Claims for shortages or corrections will not be considered unless presented within ten days after receipt of goods.

RETURN SHIPMENTS – All ISTEC products require a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) prior to shipment back to the factory. This is required for equipment ordered in error or returned for service. Shipments must be prepaid and marked with the RGA number. Warranty repairs should include description of problem and return shipping instructions. New material returned for credit will be subject to a 25% Restocking Charge.

LIMITED WARRANTY – The Seller warrants its products and equipment to be free from defect in material and workmanship over a period of one year from date of shipment from the factory. The Seller is not responsible for damage to its products through improper installation, maintenance, use, repairs, adjustments, or attempts to operate it above its rated capacity. Warranty repairs may be made at ISTEC Corporation, Sparta, NJ. ISTEC’s warranty is limited to the satisfactory repair or the replacement of defective products. ISTEC Corporation shall not be liable for any special, indirect, or consequential damages arising from defective equipment. Under this warranty, ISTEC agrees to repair or replace, at their discretion, defective or malfunctioning equipment. The purchaser shall not be compensated for expenses incurred in the dismantling or removal of defective equipment. ISTEC Corporation disclaims any warranty, expressed or implied, of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

TRADEMARK – ISTEC is a registered trademark and all are cautioned against misuse of this or any of our trademarks and trade names.
